BSMS Customer Service Centre

The BSMS customer service utilises state of the art technology to ensure that all pre-arranged maintenance services, emergency and breakdown requests are handled and responded to in an efficient and professional manner.

On receipt of a request for an emergency or breakdown service, the BSMS customer service centre will establish the nature of the fault and dispatch a BSMS technician to the respective location. The service centre will continue to monitor the progress of the emergency or breakdown service until the fault has been rectified.

With advanced computer facilities and maintenance tracking software, the scheduling of routine maintenance programs and emergency and breakdown requests are efficiently and reliably conveyed to the nominated service technician. In recent times, BSMS has extensively enhanced the service management module to streamline the scheduling of servicing of your security equipment in accordance with all relevant Australian Standards and manufacturer's recommendations.
